When someone get paid low Adsense revenue or drops earnings then may arise a question ... whether my site/sites are smart priced ?
So, Question is What is Smart Pricing ? Ha ?
Smart Pricing is an attempt by Google to give Advertisers value for money and to guard against click fraud.

Some causes may be like these points :

• CTR.
• Page Rank.
• Website relevance ( whole site dedicated to a topic or just one page only ? )
• Page Impressions.
• Inbound Link Relevancy ( if lots of other sites link to you with the keywords relevant to your content – and the ads )
• Age of site.

So, If you want to avoid smart pricing - try to build quality website and that should be rich with quality content on niche topics. Better if you try to built websites / blogs on particular topic.
